Yes. Whatever you export from Mock.cc is yours to use — on social, in ads, on your site, for clients. There's no licence fee, no attribution requirement. The images you upload and the text you type are yours.
What image sizes does it support? +
Four core ratios that cover every major platform: 1:1 square (Instagram posts, X posts), 4:5 portrait (Instagram feed, Facebook), 9:16 story (Instagram Stories, TikTok, Reels, Shorts), and 16:9 landscape (YouTube thumbnails, LinkedIn, X headers). Every template is pre-sized for its target format.
Does it work on mobile? +
Yes. Mock.cc was built mobile-first — every control is thumb-friendly, the canvas scales to your screen, and you can drag text around with your finger. Works in Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android, and any modern mobile browser.
What fonts can I use? +
20+ display fonts hand-picked for tabloid and meme headlines — Archivo Black, Anton, Bebas Neue, Oswald, Poppins, Montserrat, and more. Custom font uploads aren't supported yet. If there's a font you want added, tell me and I'll consider it.
How do the text shape tags work? +
Select any text layer, open Properties, and pick a Background Shape — Rect for rounded rectangles, Pill for fully rounded, Tag for the skewed tabloid look (like a "NEWS" banner). Padding, skew angle, and colour are all adjustable. The shape scales with the text and moves with it.
What export formats? +
PNG (best quality, supports transparency), JPG (smaller file size, good for photos), and WebP (modern, smallest). Every export is rendered at 3× resolution for crisp results. You can also copy straight to clipboard and paste into your posting app without downloading.
Can I add my logo or watermark? +
Yes. In the Layers panel, use "+ Logo" to upload a PNG (transparent background works best). Position it anywhere, adjust size, opacity, and rotation. Transparent PNGs are supported, so logos with cut-outs keep their transparency.
Do you store my images? +
No. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. All image processing happens locally in your browser using the canvas API. Your photos and designs stay on your device unless you explicitly download them. Privacy is absolute.
Will there be more templates? +
Yes — the library grows whenever new viral formats hit. If you've got a specific tabloid, meme, or news-card style you want added, get in touch. Template suggestions with reference images usually get built within a week.
